3 x 800 in 7:15ish

2 x trail mile in 7:30ish. Loved Toronto but glad to see the sun again!

Can’t believe I’m standing after screaming and jumping for 3.5 hours last night!!!!! But wanted to get some exploring in.

First international flag bag since 2020 🤗! Next stop TAYLOR!

Ookkaayy: First lifetime Great Lake sighting! Toronto has jet black, chonky squirrels, and I want one! The wind off the lake was so feral that my ears popped multiple times and it quashed some moonshot mid run thoughts of a sub 1:40 attempt. Also answered the age old question of what’s harder: flight + heavy cream soup + hard half OOORRR compliance followed by parenting, and it is sadly the latter 😂. Last, thank you dearest Achilles for allowing me shenanigans again, I’ll try and repay you soon! Oh and shout out to the grandparents for giving us some well earned time off, it takes a village and some booze.
