Afternoon Weight Training

The workout was supposed to be 3 rounds of 1 mile run, 1 mile row, 1  mile ski erg. I was super revved up and having a blast in the first round then halfway through the second run I caught my foot on my shoe laces and not only fell once but twice and tore up my knees and bashed my thigh so hard it hurts to walk. 

Least to say I did not finish the workout cause I’m a wimp with an ouchie boo-boo on my knees.
