Averaged 83.31(~5:33/pace) and 66.03(~8:48/pace). The float average drops down to 64.01 if I exclude the last jog in. When I started the workout I was only intending to do 8 reps. My averages through 8 reps were 83.41 and 62.87. Happy that I was able to keep the 400's consistent throughout, even though the floats kept getting slower.
