Nice to get out in the light (and mild warmth) for a change. Actually, I was a bit overdressed in a quarterzip for the majority. Despite the race Sunday, I was eyeing two segments, went a bit hard on the first and bailed on the second, but still got some quality in today and don't think it will impact me too much. That being said, it was quite difficult, especially with a headwind for most of it, and the HR allegedly got up to 191. Rest of the run was fine otherwise.
