Guess I can't expect a good result when I don't put in the training. Came into the halfway point having not had any calories for about 13 miles and had thrown up the calories I had managed to get. Need to figure out nutrition. Last 2 ling rwces havent been able to make it 20 miles without throwing up. Yet I can do all my training runs with the same nutrition products. Hopefully made the right call to not keep going but still a very disappointing ending. On the bright side, the Leadville trail community is amazing and I had a great weekend in the mountains with friends.
