Had a dream that a mouse got into my food bag and i stuck my hand in the get it out but I was scared that I would kill it or it would bite me. Woke up and did the usual. Put on clothes, make breakfast, eat breakfast, pack stuff, take down the tent, brush teeth, pack tent, remove a layer before starting. My alarm didn't go off, ended up getting up an hour later. I probably needed it.

Lots of bike tire marks on trail. Surprised to see but the trails were amazing single track with views and ridges. I would ride it too. Listened and sang along with some music in the am. Took the alternate route on FarOut. It followed an OHV path, so the inclines were gnar. This area would be so amazing for it. Ran into some MTBrs, hikers, dogs. Busy day on trail near the Sierra fire Tower. Summited and had it to my self for at least half an hour. Had my very own charcuterie "bag." Cheese, pepperoni, crackers, found some Pringles that were in the register box at the fire tower. Took them too. It was delish. Met a couple from Nevada with a Yorkie on their back. Took the second part of the alternate back down to the PCT junction and decided to cut down into sierra city following a shortcut that PEZ left on FarOut. Huge descent. Hot. Got in a freezing waterfall. Got to town and it's tiny. Cute. Seems historic. I think gold related. 

Got a bar of some from the hiker box at the info place. It provides wifi and bathrooms and even a shower?!
Went to the hotel got a room for 65. I really wanted a bed tonight. Met Rob, the guy running this place. He's a hoot. Awesome person!
