A friend of mine is going through a rough time. He was able to come to town so I biked down to meet him for lunch and then we went for a hike. It was really great to see him and spend some time together. This week was tough, felt like crap for a few days and it snowed almost every day, it was cold, went and hard to see. So I wasn't able to get on the bike, unfortunately. But today was beautiful and I was glad I was able to move the legs a little and see my friend. Hope to get some more miles this week.
