Chilly morning session with Dan Aminzade and C.J. Gabbe . The goal was 10x1km at ~4:15/km pace, which seemed totally reasonable but after just three of them I decided that the next seven weren’t gonna happen (maybe I’m still tired from last week?) and that a steady state run was far more appropriate. Then the rollers turned into climbs and the steady state got a little less steady. Overall it was an enjoyable morning!
