Solid run after work. Had just enough daylight to get through all of this. Another 1% of Manchester complete, and three more segments on top of that. First one was pretty easy, although the dirt wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. The next two were back to back and I think I performed well. Just under half a mile at about 5 min pace straight into a mile around 5:30/5:40 pace. Didn't feel too bad finishing that up which is certainly promising coming off XC last weekend and looking ahead to this weekends race. Gonna need to take it easy the next couple days.
