Afternoon Trail Run

Long run on the road in compressed EVA. Looking forward to a trail shoe with TPU foam, which sounds like La sportiva is planning to release this spring. Might go back and add entries to my previous ones this week, almost kicked the cold/virus I got. Better now than for thanksgiving. 4 granola bars and .5 L, could have used more water, lips were chapped when I finished.
