Good for the ankle, good for the soul. Ankle finally starting to feel like it’s coming around but still not 100% for sure. So happy to be out and about in the backyard again after so long off tho. Two run ins with friends reminded me why this place is so special: nice to chat with Andy on the rock and Len down by the bridge. Walked every step, hard to hold back down the 1-2 but know it’s good for me. Think all the covid’s out of me from this week 🙃
