ML Turkey Trot

18:25 5k 
Not my best. 
Definitely disappointed. 
I’m not quite at 5:30 pace yet so I died out too much during the second mile and couldn’t recover well enough into the third. 
I need to do more tempo runs and short interval fartleks to get used to holding the pace. 
I think i can probably hold a 5:40/5:45 pace for a flatter course under better weather conditions. I’ll have to try another race soon to see.
