Rode with the 2nd group on track for 18th-20th place but was about to crack level 80, and we were going too fast and I would have missed the animation, so I dropped off and went as slow as possible to accumulate more points so I would get to see it happen. And then even though I got enough XP, it didn't happen and I was really bummed. Finished the race got the bonus screen that I had completed December challenge and upped to level 80. Womp womp, but then somehow after glitchy refresh, showed I still had 15 XP to go, so I got on a different Madagascar route for a few mins and got to see the animation happen! 3 years in the making and was happy to get to see it!
