Not my run today… didn’t have the strength in the legs for the hills not to mention something is just not right 🤔 hope I’m not getting sick 🙏

-4 mile warm up
-65 minutes at marathon pace
-easy to finish

Barely any of these miles were “easy.” I wanted the marathon pace miles to be 6:15 min/mi, but quite simply did not have that today. Oh well, you win some you lose some.‍ At least I got a Brenden Ellis fly by 👊🏽
