Pretty horrible! 
Tried to stick with the pace and focus multiple times today, but i just felt like i was running in sand right from the gun. 

I definitely was feeling fatigued going in. Should have taken Wednesday easier, but i was determined to put a lot of work in during this block so i could be ready for February. I am definitely in a hole rn. Need a nice and easy long run tomorrow. 

Scratching the 3k cuz i would definitely bomb that too. 

I’ll be back and better than ever soon.
