There was no signage whatsoever, but 3 locked gates along the way I had to climb over.  I rationalized that they were to keep the cows and/or horses in and vehicles out and that foot travel would be ok but I was wrong.  On my way back about a mile from the car a man in a truck drove up and made it clear permission is required for that land and that I didn’t have it (which was correct).  I just said ok and I would continue on my way out of there.  Surprisingly, there was someone else still going up when I was coming down and the truck went to find him which may have saved me a lecture. Followers to this peak will need to get permission, find an alternate route, or trespass as I did although unknowingly.
