Very nice DuPond hike with my favorite guys! Still lots of ice, frozen lakes and beautiful waterfalls there. Followed by pizza at Flat Rock Village Bakery! I love days like this

Nice hike at Chestnut Ridge with Jana and Marcy. Felt good to be outside even it was really cold đ„¶
Short and cold hike with Jana and Sonja. Nice having coffee and lunch with them after hiking. Followed by sauna after. Yes, this way I can handle those cold days đ
Finally some trail running again. Work schedule had me busy, too busy to be out there playing. Figured out in what bad shape I am. Although it was very muddy, it felt great to be on the trail đ€©
