Feeling so thankful! Hope you're all having a pleasant Sunday?!? 

So haven’t really been able to run since my big 33 miler back on 1/10 (muffed up my IT band.. bad.. like could barely do stairs bad).. Been down n out since with stretching / icing / couch surfing / feeling big sad 😂 

However.. God is good, and I trusted in the time for healing and today we finished up an easy 4-miler with NO PAIN! 

Ahh just so excited and makes me that much more grateful for how awesome He made our bodies to both heal and be exerted. 

Now just gotta slowly ramp back up into Boston training! 🦾🦾 still got some 60-days so we’ll give er what we got!
