Insane day made it so this was literally all the time I had to get in this workout. Wanted to do a 5mi progressive warmup, but literally had 50 minutes of time and spent every second of it. 2mi wu, 12x200m on/200m light jog, 2mi cd. Started with a 35, then mostly rolled 33s before cruising 32s for the last 4. Felt better than I expected given it was just barely double digits with a negative wind-chill. Also the track was MOSTLY snow free, lol. Crazy to feel proud of a 7 mile workout, but mental state was in the pits to start the day so getting anything done in a less than ideal situation is a win.
