Went out hot the first one & paid for it in the last interval. Lost touch right at the end & bowels felt they needed to evacuate halfway through. Not terrible considering the loop has a touch of elevation gain/loss. Ultimate goal is to elongate my 5k pace & hold for an 8k in March. We’ll see how it goes. Def not ideal to do the workout at the end of a longer work day.
