three weeks ago, a Saturday morning greeted me with left side low back spasms that dropped me to the floor. on my knees with my head buried in the easy chair for stability - at first unable to move, then afraid of moving and unwilling to try to do so - I wondered what the upcoming weeks had in store. from feeling supremely fit - to feeling ancient - in an instant.
the last space I thought I'd be inhabiting is the one I'm standing in now... excited and ready to roll with the possibilites of tomorrow...
regardless of how it unfolds, I'm super fired up to simply be toeing the line of my 15th High Sierra 50M
