I am feeling more and more like myself everyday! But for the record, I have NOT felt good at all during the majority of the last two weeks. My stomach has felt wretched, I’ve had headaches, really horrible fatigue, irritability (sorry everyone I’ve come into contact with) throw in pinch of depression and lack of umph, and that pretty much sums it up. These massive hikes I do are not without cost and I always forget how hard the recovery period is, and then I’m shocked when I feel like total garbage afterwards. The desert might’ve been a little extra depleting due to the water scarcity and poor quality, and also the dust inhalation.
