Absolutely beautiful in spite of the rain. Piriformis was bothering me from the very start, probably because I was lazy and didn’t adjust the cleat angle on borrowed shoes yesterday. Thought I could get away with my usual rock-in-butt therapy until around 7.5 when it felt like I got hit by a lightning bolt. Walked it out back to the car to be safe. Guess it’s a sign to back off a bit and spend some time on bodily maintenance
