“Thankful” for this “cold front” (79F and 85% humidity by end of run)

Evaporative cooling is horribly ineffective in these conditions. So slow I may as well have been walking backwards and blindfolded but at least it happened.
Drenched. Gonna do my best to not be disappointed by this week in exercise.
Pre-med w ~60 oz of water and 2 cups of coffee and don’t even need to pee at the end of the run 🥴
