Started with some fatigue in the body from the early part of the day so I was cautious to see how the progression would go. 

Also ran during the hot part of the day. 

Tried to run by feel for the progression and was surprised where I found myself. Combine the heat and fatigue and I had to go to the well a bit for the last 4 minutes. 

Wild to think how far I have raced at that pace with different fitness and conditions on race day.
Performance is wildly non-linear
