Roughhhh day for me I did not feel good. Ended up getting some heat issues with about 5-6 miles left and got freckled skin and dizziness plus nausea and legs going out. Stopped at the aid station for about a minute and just jogged into the finish. Happy with my effort despite the struggle. Fun day! I know I can run faster though, gotta go out and prove it tho.

Edit: A few hours later and I’m thinking I ran the same altitude same elevation gain 2 weeks ago and went 50s a mile faster without much effort. I wonder why I ran sooo much slower today. Course style? Heat? Idk but I do wonder. Just means I gotta train more.
