Ray Downey Memorial 5K 🥉

First time and incredibly fun. I started at the front. Tried very hard to stick with the group but their hard was way harder. Dropped and joined a group with Kissena/VO2Max. I rotated through and helped pull segments 2/3 - 3 was the most enjoyable. Very fun descents in-between the segments. I'm incredibly happy with my power output here. No cramping, nailed my hydrating/eating. The 9pm IHOP trip with Dwin came in clutch for morning carbs. Great riding with and meeting new people. The camaraderie truly pushed me to a new level.‍
