Wanted to check on the progress of this trail. I haven’t been up there in two years, but I was actually quite shocked to see a little progress that didn’t make within the last two years. It seems they only made it approximately 0.3 miles further on the trail since 2023. Had a good talk with the guy who is in charge and it makes sense why it’s taking so long, but nonetheless, excited for the trail to open up. Probably not till 2026. 
There’s approximately 1 mile of trail left to go. But it’s flagged and somewhat carved out the whole way up.
