I've been influenced by humans, google scholar, and conversations with Chat and unfortunately have lost my mind. Catch me at the Snowflake in 5 layers running very slowly uphill on a treadmill. Two thoughts here on why I'm trying this now:
1) I'm pretty limited right now in terms of intensity and volume, so I want to get some kind of adaptations going. 
2) I have a super high heat tolerance and heat has hardly ever affected me. I'm theorizing that because of that, I haven't benefited as much from natural heat benefits that we get from normal training in the summer. Maybe if I can force myself into this state, I can get some adaptation I haven't been able to before.

10 min warmup, 30 min at 13% from 4.1-4.3mph, 10 min "cool down" (actually getting warmer), then existing in it for 10 mins. HR was elevating throughout to around 170. Felt pretty awful as expected.
