rolled a UTV during work on monday and broke my hand (index + middle metacarpal & ring finger, and the latter needs surgery). not sure what running will look like in the short term, the pounding didn’t hurt it today but i’ll want to limit sweat and fall risk. surgery will likely be next tuesday or wednesday. silver lining is this could have been so much worse
