Being cautious with the knee yet, a bit wet for a rollerski, so ew, pool swim it is.

2x300 at a harder efforts, 30 seconds rest after each
400 cd

Threw in some sculling and other drills during warmup and cooldown, then got myself outta there. Rehab and strength later. 

In other news, Ania is moving on in her quest to become a junior ranger! She's excited and appreciates all the support to help nature, "especially the bats.' 😁
