We did it so it’s doable and it’s more doable now that some silly runners (Sage and I 🤣) spent a good chunk of their day postholing and making steps. However the snow will still make things slow and it’s necessary to go off trail at times to avoid some risky snow patches. Probably another 1.5-2 weeks before the snow melts for better conditions. With that said, I needed a good adventure in the mountains and had a wonderful time with Sage.

Smoothies at Tumbleweed Coffee in Westcliffe always hits the spot after a run in these mountains.
