With Andy. Apparently he's the good luck charm! First long run in memory without pissing cold sideways rain. Andy pushed me a bit, but since I'm waiting until at least next Saturday to go, no harm done. This is just a lovely section of trail.

3L of fluids on my pack so I have at least some weight. Drank about half. 2 Tailwind flasks and a water, and some home made passion fruit gel that's a little too thick.
