Morning SUP with Laurie
Laurie and I did the Manitou Incline! Hail yeah! That was the longest hail storm that I’ve ever been stuck in. It lasted well over 20 min, the rain was freezing and we laughed the entire time running down Barr trail.

Upper push/pull workout, which included abs, the versa climber, the rower and ropes.
