It’s been a while since I had to switch from running to walking in order to safely complete a workout — but it felt necessary today. More direct sunlight than I’m used to, higher humidity, and the smell of steaming trash and recycling containers in Southwest Kent all contributed to my discomfort… but it may also have just been one of those days.
