First race at this distance and it was a tough one! Early morning river crossings, strong winds on the summits, high temps, and staying between 9k' and 13200'; but an incredibly pretty course that I got to share most of with Teddy J. 
Not quite the day I wanted but the purpose was to take it a bit easy at first and use it as a learning experience for Leadville prep. Lots of takeaways to work on these next 8 weeks.
