man, I'm hitting aerobic miles at a pace that used to be my threshold pace just a year or two ago. feels pretty fuken good. steady improvement through consistency.
 put the car in the middle of the route to stop for fuel and hydration and to change shoes. Nike structure 25 for the first six miles. Old vapor flies for the rest. these vaporfly's have like 350 mi on 'em now
 a few strides in the last mile
total sobriety rocks🎸⛰️
