I took the day off yesterday because I wasn't feeling it. I think I went close to two weeks with only a day off, and in this heat that's rough on the body. Today felt pretty good, I wasn't sure how many miles I wanted to do when I started off. It was one of those runs where every street corner was a fork in the road, go this way and it's a shorter route, or go that way and it's a longer route...I opted for the longer route today, lol. Towards the end it got really hot/humid.
