Morning Pickleball

Skill Drilling

Skated to Newark Broad St Station. 
Got off in Denville. 
Lyft to the dermatologist. 
Bladed home through Mountain Lakes and Boonton. 

It’s amazing how much more comfortable I feel on the blades since I started up a couple of years ago. I remember soon after starting accidentally going down a steep road and freaking out as I almost hit 20 mph with no control, hoping I could ride it out till I would just naturally slow down.
Today I hit 20+mph a few times and felt calm and collected each time, slowing down and stopping exactly when needed. 

Killer hammy/quad workout this is. And it makes my heart rate  skyrocket. 

I highly recommend it!
