2x1:30/1:30 floats
4x1:00/1 1:00 walking recoveries 
4x:30/:30 walking recoveries
4x:15/:30 to 1:00 walking recoveries should do :15 recoveries here but I needed more in this humidity

Good lord
I’ll know I’m in shape when I can do floats between all the intervals/I did do every interval at sub 5k pace/ I could start out easier next time and work down
