That wraps up week two of this Summer Grit Challenge. So far I'm averaging 77.15 miles per week for July. I will have to maintain that going forward to reach my goal of 300, because the 30th and 31st of July I'll be traveling to NC for a camping trip. 

Yesterday was a "rest day", however it was spent on a boat hanging with family and running around in the water. With that said, my legs felt much better and stronger just with a half days rest.
