Up Shingle Creek to Deer Point, down Deer Point & Shindig. Met up with Brandon to ride ATM. Then bombed back down Ridge Road and Hard Guy. Saw Wes coming up Hard Guy.
Legs started protesting with cramps on the backside of ATM. That was with 2 x 21oz caffeinated electrolyte bottles and 2 liters of water. Thankfully it was a cool, cloudy, breezy morning.
