Lenape trail full run this got really hot at the end. starting bonking at 27 and then bonked every 3 miles until the end. Fueled well and used lots of salt. Starting pack weight was ~6 pounds with 2.5L of water. Probably Drank ~6L of water, should probably have more though. Overall there are some awesome sections on this; all kinds of trails. But the annoying part is the places where there are many trails in the same park are poorly marked so I went the wrong way like 10 times. Fun adventure
