I don’t want to get too excited because this could all change with one misstep, but that’s three runs this week with no issues, and my knee is still feeling good.  Added a couple speed ups in here just to see how the knee would react and there was no issues  that’s really  rad.  Psyched with where I’m at, excited to continue to build
