Decent run this morning. Not quite the 20 I had planned, but drank a bit too much water at my stops which upset the stomach a little and had to get to the office as to not miss the tow truck bringing our trade in down to the dealership.

First mile solo, next two with Brandyn, typical 6.5 with the full crew. Added on a half mile to hit 10 before talking with the guys briefly before heading back out. Went out for one more CityStrides road that I annoyingly missed previously, and then stopped at the car again at 16. The water at 10 and 16 is what really did it, drank probably 10-12oz each time and getting going again was a bit rough. GU's sat pretty well, both SiS were good, the BPN was fine, and I think the Huma is just a bit too thick for running, but will be fine to hike with. 

Rain largely held off just making this a humid run. A little bit of showers here and there was arguably more pleasant than annoying. White shoes are still mostly white as well. Wore some carbons, cause why not. Good break in run. Did close the last half mile feeling decent at close to 6-flat which could be a good sign.
