Getting dropped by the fast guys. Absolutely blew up after the 4th rep. Walked for a bit, then tried for a last one where I was dropped even harder.

km repeats the hard way: lap one 10k pace (aiming for 86ish sec), lap two 5k pace (aiming for 82ish sec) then hard final 200 in a bit under 40s.

Just don't have a gear beyond that 10k pace. 10k pace felt very controlled, then it got out of have any faster than that.

Warm and smoky, but that wasn't the main issue. First track workout in 2025, I think. Nice to see so many friendly faces!
