I woke up feeling much more like myself this morning. A good night sleep did wonders to ward off the nausea and fatigue from yesterday. I got some food down as well which helped big time. Today would essentially just be a long climb. About 1,600m over 20km to a high pass called Col de l’Aup Martin at almost 2,800m above sea level.

It was a mostly gradual ascent with unreal views the whole way up. We following a mountain stream that had plenty of opportunities for a swim which we took full advantage of. There was no rush today, I had a manor two and took it easy as I still wasn’t feeling 100%. 

We ended up descending off the pass to a refuge where we setup camp nearby. We are past halfway now, in the home stretch!
