I haven’t felt healthy enough to try any kind of speed, but I thought I’d take a gamble today and try to just add a littlllleeee stimulus. I survived! Managing the hip as always. 

Also thank you Eagle mountain golfers who looked straight at me and walked directly into my path to cross the road. I hope it was worth the three seconds of time you saved to have me run off the road to avoid you. 😑
