Old school...Back to back long runs. Again keeping it chill at low HR. A pretty bad fall going downhill on rocks. Luckily humans are well constructed! Heat training again. 32c in planaval. A lot more people between defeyyes y crosatie. Hardly ever see anyone there. Met Kiara and Gabriel who are preparing the Tor also! Hitchhiked back to Courmayeur.  First car picked me up in the mtns eeven though Inwas dusty and a bit bloody. Nice!
