I shuffled 30m on Franconia Ridge, that makes it a trail run

Recap:
Osseo/Flume: lovely trail, possibly runnable
Franconia Ridge: A+, remains the best
Garfield Ridge: 🗑️ (minus Garfield itself, which is lovely)
South Twin climb: easier than expected
Guyot tent site: D- as a water stop, A- for camping 
Bondcliff: great, but less fun at mile 22 than as a day hike 
Wilderness Trail/Lincoln Woods: 💀🥾
